The entire staff is very caring. There was communication to me the entire time my vehicle was in their care. No salesman tried to push a new vehicle and service didn't try to push unnecessary repairs.

Bought my car two years ago and it still drives like a dream. Charlie was my car dealer and he was super nice and helpful. I'm not much of a social person but everybody there makes you feel at home which is really nice.
I checked in for an oil change and had to make a future appointment for brakes. They were on top of it. I sat and relaxed inside and received a text when my car was finished. It was very nice!
I have been coming to Ray Dennison for several years to get my vehicle serviced, even tho I did not purchase it there. The price of my recent service increased by $30, I was told the increase started at the beginning of the year, I believe if I would have been told this up front before the service was done I would have looked into a less expensive alternative. I used to come to the dealership because of the extra perks you get sometimes, but unfortunately I will have to look into other places
Went in to just look and see what there was in stock. Fell in love with a vehicle that was there and was able to get to a price that worked for my budget. Every worker in the building was kind and helpful. The workers care to take time to listen to what you want and need and offer all the help they can in every area when it comes to buying a car. This was by far the least stressful car buying experience so far and I will have my family go here because of the service we received.
I’ll been looking for a new for about eight months and saw a truck I’ll was interested in. Bill my sales rep found the truck, took it for a test drive and made the buying process very easy and fast. I’ll literally out in less than an hour. Had the dealership pick me up at home a couple hours later to pick up my new truck. Bill was very knowledgeable on the new truck and answer all my question pulse Bill help me set up my OnStar and my Chevy app. Which the Chevy app is pretty cool and easy to use. I want to thank Bill and sales team and everyone that works at Ray Dennison that made my buying process easy and enjoyable.

Very friendly and quick service
The service department had our truck for three months for the transmission that needed rebuilt and replaced. We had to buy a car from you to drive. Because they wasn't going to give us a rental or loaner for that long. But other than that the truck is fine. Thank you, James Barden

Yes, did I show up in sweat pants and sweat shirt, sure did. Did anyone care, nope best car buying experience ever. Seamless, honest, easy and out in 2 hours from test drive to leaving parking lot. Charlie was amazing and so glad I got to meet him. Also, the receptionist was amazing heck everyone was awesome. Pretty sure I was there on the busiest day of the year too! Love my 2021 highlander thanks so much!!!!!

I appreciated the extra effort given when I brought it in to be serviced. I did feel 2 days ago that the service man I dealt with did not completely know what he was doing. He gave me a price that was $200 - $300 over what it cost, and evidently told them I'd be there at 8, when I told him 8:30 was the earliest I could be there. The service man on Friday was very good and worked my car to be done before he thought it could be. I appreciated them getting all the things done in one day so I didn't have to come back.

Rod in service is a great communicator and works so well with customers. As a recent widow he understood that I would rely on his expertise and knowledge to do what repairs were needed.
