I just bought a vehicle today & my salesman (Cory) made my experience great! From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth & easy. I was nervous going into it because it can be an intimidating & overwhelming experience (especially as a first time buyer) but I immediately felt heard & taken care of while working with Cory. Do not schedule an appointment for service on line. They can and will override it with call in appointments. They cancelled mine because the date which was accepted on line had all ready been taken by a call in so mine was cancelled the day before I was scheduled. Not happy at all. Reschedule with another dealership to get my car worked on. This has happened twice now. There won't be a third time. I will go elsewhere for services. A very unhappy former customer who had purchased 3 new vehicles from them since 2017.

The service manager, Jeff, went above and beyond to help me. I had come in for service and found out that my car's title had been (incorrectly) branded. Last week a semi threw a metal object towards my vehicle, hitting my sunroof and shattering it instantly. Definitely something that doesn't happen every day. Aaron Karneboge, in the service department answered my call, got me in promptly, ordered the new glass, and got it replaced very quickly with no issues. It's very important to have employees that lead the front with customer service, and he did just that. Thanks Aaron!

I had an emergency the morning my truck broke down at 6:00 AM on my way to the hospital. Called a tow to take it to Dennisons Chevrolet. Called them later and explained what happened. Aaron in the service department took it from there. He kept me informed and the vehicle was repaired in a few days.

Bought used tundra and dealt with Scott Hansen. Nice people and gave me a fair deal.

Nick did very well. The only thing was I wanted a military tag and needed a temp tag. The tag web site froze up so Amit had to do some things to help me get on my way. That prolonged my stay at dealership.

Was disappointed in the lack of communication.

Everyone at the dealership was so nice as well as professional. My vehicle was repaired while I waited, and had coffee. Aaron, in service, was great. He explained the service performed well, and very knowledgeable. I am surely a loyal customer, due to my salesperson, Kent, and the honest service I get at Ray Dennison Chevrolet!

However, twice now with the service department, they have tried to skirt around our warranty and now a recall to try to get us to pay for the repairs. For this reason, we most likely and regretfully won't be back. I love your sales reps, but get better people in your service center.

I purchased a new automobile last Friday and the MyChevy app kept telling me that the oil life was low within 24 hours of purchase. I returned to the dealer on Monday & my salesman thought he had remedied the problem but it returned 2 days later. I called Rod in service & scheduled an appointment. The service department updated my system and changed the oil. (Only 769 miles on the vehicle) but it seems to have rectified the situation. Thank you.

Without sounding clique, I also found my dream car here. It wasn't a "make" in which they typically carry (it's actually a harder car to find) - yr, make, model and trim - that I specifically wanted, but they had it on their lot. It was as nice in person as it was on the website. Everyone from Brett to Pamela to Eric - with a "c" to Greg and everyone in between made the experience enjoyable. There were some laughs, numbers exchanged, test driving available - along with a drive to a somewhat local mechanic I know over there - to look it over. (Unfortunately since co-vid - no overnight trials.) - so no pre-lookover with my "main" mechanic but, once it was all said and done - my main mechanic reassured me I got myself a good, sound car. (Just as the 180 point check had indicated.) I was blessed the company allows two vehicles to "trade in" towards a vehicle they offer - however, a neighbor bought one of my cars from me (in my driveway) before leaving to go car shopping, that I didn't need that option. However it was greatly appreciated to even have that opportunity! Eric -with a c (because I'm Missi - with an i - and that's important to me) was my sales man. He was able to get me into the price range I needed (I'm sure others helped), accommodate all my requests, get me a printed car-fax, and beyond changing my plates over, also helped me get the sound system in optimal performance on a vehicle make they don't usually sell. I had a very good experience at Ray Dennison and met some wonderful people. It is almost a month after purchasing this vehicle (financed through CEFCU - that's who they use - which is also who I am invested with) and I still look at this beautiful car in "Awh"! I unfortunately forgot to get my car-fax before leaving and Pamela had, unbeknownst to me, emailed me a copy or two to make sure that I had one. If only I had one request, could it be that Greg in financing get a better "ocean side view" for his wall? I know that would put a smile on his face. Aside from scouting out all the little ducks one of the ladies there "hides" as a fun gesture to make the "car/truck buisness world" more intriguing for her "family". The service was performed but the interior of the car was dirty when I picked it up. My steering wheel was sticky and hand prints on door handle and shifter. I had to get some field wipes out to clean them off and they were filthy black after wiping the areas down…2 wipes were needed to get all the grease and grime off of my steering wheel. Please use gloves or wash your hands before getting back into the vehicle!!
